Quality

The first stage of our fully-developed quality management for our translations and adaptations is carried out using state-of-the-art technology. We ensure the terminological uniformity of the text through the use of advanced translation software and translation memory systems such as Trados and others, also known as CAT tools.

However, it is undeniable that the human eye is superior to even the most advanced software, which is why we focus on optimum interaction between people and technology in our quality assurance.

We strongly believe in the process of having at least two highly competent translators working on, and editors proofreading your texts before being finalised. Every translation is meticulously examined by at least one other independent specialist. If necessary, we will also conduct a further round of checks.

An editor, also a native speaker of the target language, inspects the translator’s work with an eagle eye. More specifically, the orthography, grammar and style of each text are thoroughly and carefully examined during the editing process.
